The Sound of Silence" (2023) is a work that observes the intangible 'time,' which quietly exists in everyday life but often goes unnoticed, and expresses it in an audiovisual form. Reflecting on memories from a visit to Iceland in 2017, the piece traces recollections through recorded videos, photographs, and audio files from that time. Collected images depicting the movement of shadows, changes in materials, and the growth of plants capture the essence of time, while the ambient white noise of daily life is gathered and transformed into a sound composition.
